Event Overview
This event is open to athletes in the Under 16 and above age categories, catering for 3,000m, 5,000m and 10,000m distances, featuring multiple races per distance seeded into mixed, graded heats based on personal best or expected performances declared during the entry process.

Entry Process
Entries must be submitted online via the SportSoft entry system prior to the closing date of 23:59 on Sunday 24th May 2026. Late entries will not be accepted. The organisers reserve the right to close entries early if event capacity is reached.

The entry fee for this competition is £8.00 per event, plus a small booking fee taken by the entry website. Entry fees are non‑refundable except in specific circumstances such as event cancellation and are at the discretion of the organisers.
Athlete Information
Registration details and race timetables will be published post entries closing, and at least one week ahead of the event. The first event is scheduled to start at 10:00, and athletes should report to the registration desk at least 45 minutes prior to their scheduled race.
All races will be run as mixed graded heats across all ages and sexes. It is the athlete’s responsibility to ensure that up to date personal best or expected performances are provided at the time of entry to determine seeding.
All entrants shall be deemed to have made him/herself/themselves familiar with, and agreed to be bound by the UKA Anti-Doping Rules and to submit to the authority of UK Anti-Doping in the application and enforcement of the Anti-Doping Rules. The UKA Anti-Doping Rules apply to entrants participating in the sport of Athletics, for 12 months from the date of entry, whether or not the entrant is a citizen of, or resident in, the UK.
